Youth

The FEALAC Vision Group recommended that FEALAC should promote more active participation from people and institutions, especially the youth of member countries for stronger connectivity and cooperation.

FEALAC should place an emphasis in developing intercultural skills, particularly among our younger generations. Youth activities can be integrated as a special focus of exchanges in the various areas within FEALAC – culture, media and tourism as well as in sports, science and technologies to attract and involve youth. There are needs and opportunities to develop a broader base of awareness and understanding.

FEALAC member countries have carried out national and regional projects to involve more of youths in their activities such as seminar, forum, conference, exchange program since the reorganization of the Working Groups.
