FEALAC Cyber Secretariat has been operated since 2011 in Seoul, Korea. At the 4th FEALAC Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (17 January 2010, Tokyo, Japan), Korea proposed the establishment of the FEALAC Cyber Secretariat in order to increase cooperation and facilitate communication among member countries. Member countries adopted the [Tokyo Declaration] which approved Korea’s proposal of establishment of the FEALAC Cyber Secretariat.
